I was recommended this book by a very successful real estate broker, investor, and developer in my region. After having gotten this recommendation, I had completed the entire book in less than 5 days! It was easy to read. It had great advice from Horst Schulze, co-founder or the Ritz-Carlton brand, including his coined phrase “We are ladies and gentleman serving ladies and gentleman.” What I liked: it had multiple ways listed on how he ran his organization down to how he treated his employees. As a future business owner with my own start up forming, I’m definitely going to implement some of his techniques! To add, I’m also benefiting from how I handle interactions with keeping my current clients happy and how I can anticipate their needs in my current (non-management) role. Going to read it again!15
