"Generous enough with advice and observations to be required reading." —The Wall Street Journal

Book Reviews

Great book but not engaging4 star

I learned a lot from this book but i struggled to read it, its written in a matter of fact way that distills the content really efficiently but that makes it really hard to enjoy reading. However would recommend it to everyone just pick the right time to read it and take lots of notes.45

A necessary read for any business owner5 star

If you run a business or manage people, this is a necessary read in order to understand levels of management and KPIs.55

Great read even though a bit outdated3 star

There are many timeless principles in here but the workforce and pace of technological advancement has made many of these key points outdated a bit. A good read but with caution that there are different skill sets required for today and tomorrow's managers.35
