On the day my husband and I committed to each other, I didn't wear a white dress.
We didn't exchange rings.
There was no audience or minister to witness our union.
Only the two of us.
We swore to put each other first, to take on the evils our families had perpetuated together. Side by side.
But that was before the past returned to haunt us.
Now everything has changed.
Stefan can't have both his past and my future.
I can't ask him to choose.
And neither of us can do what has to be done without the other. It's an impossible choice, but we've run out of time.
Book Three in the Arranged Series.
Continued lack of character development. Very elementary writing techniques. This book had a good theme and plot but there is no depth to the story line. I feel like I am reading a book from a high school writer. The writing is redundant the female characters a whiny and 1-dimensional . It is a brainless read. Love scenes are okay but again redundant. It needs more creativity. This book is not worth $7.25
THE SECRET ☆ STELLA GRAY ☆ BOOK REVIEW ☆ 4/5 ☆ Once again, I wrote this while reading the book "How many zeros will you add to this check to assuage your guilt, by the way? I'm a little fuzzy on the coast of a clean conscience these days?" The AUDACITY these people have to attend a human trafficking charity event as a donor.😒 I loved that Victoria spoke her mind about how she felt. The second book of the Arranged Series starts off where the first book, The Deal, ended. Victoria moves out of their bedroom to a guest bedroom. She does some cuestionable shenanigans while out with friends which resulted in her getting drugged. Eventually, Victoria and Stafan succumb to their sexual needs. All I want is Greta's food. Like I want to make a Timpano now... lol!😂Victoria begins to Stefan questions about the agency. How the ilegal aspect of it began. Stefan cuts off the conversation before she, as he puts it, becomes a liability. He's using sex to distract her.😒 "She was getting too close to the truth. Too interested. Too curious." Konstantin is an arse.😤 The amount of doggy-style sex they keep on having...🤮 Stefan makes me want to pull my hair out...😒 more sex and no answers. Beautiful.🙄 Gavin gets on my nerves too like, you know home girl is married. Stop making advances. SHE TOLD STEFAN SHE LOVES HIM.😭 I thought he wasn't going to say anything but HE SAID IT BACK. I'm crying.😭 HE TOLD HER THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT HE WANTS TO DO ABOUT THE KZM AGENCY.🥺😭 "Ever since our wedding, from the moment we said I do, its only ever been you." The ending: another bomb has been dropped.45
The first two of the collection (The Deal & The Secret) was phenomenal. It packed so much power and heat. I actually wished I could slap Stefan for how he treated Tori. Let me add, his father was going to get punched for his ruthless behavior. Nevertheless, The Choice started out really slow for me. I put it down a few times before I committed to finish reading it. Let me tell you, I was so HAPPY that I did. It was totally full of surprises and twist and turns. Although, I knew the child wasn’t for ****. That was a given due to her lifestyle. This story is the perfect Cinderella story of hope love, and the perfect ending! ❤️❤️❤️55
I really liked this book, very sweet ending, I am looking forward to more of her work 😁55
Series started well but this final installment simply ran out of steam. Repetitive and slow moving. Conclusion was lackluster. This series could have easily been two books instead of three.25
Good storyline with love, loss, and plenty of drama to keep you connected to the characters. Hot and steamy love story. Author never disappoints.45
I loved this well written book with great characters and a smoothly written storyline. The chemistry between the characters is strong from start to finish making for smooth flowing storyline. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.55
The characters are flat. The whole story has little depth or basis in actuality making it quite juvenile and predictable. Both characters and storyline are overly simplistic and lack any of the necessary detail to make them interesting.25
