This doctor is a very good writer. I agree with many of his opinions in this book. Many of his opinions are facts! Excellent work, doctor. Keep it up!55
Much of what Dr Gupta writes about is good information and reference for those who do not have any background knowledge on the subject. It’s well written and I particularly was interested in the studies mentioned on the prevention of brain aging and how starting early in life can have a profound effect.45
I bought the audio book. I’m planning on implementing these strategy. I would say this book has given me a optimistic outlook for the future. I’m currently 43 in college and was considered quitting since I am just tired in the evening. I have faith his recommendation will give me the edge to graduate. My only regret is not buy the text instead of the audiobook. I can’t find a way to bookmark in the audio55
