I started following Andrea a couple years ago, at the time I was a big junk food vegan. I loved all her recipes and decided to go raw vegan. When i heard she was going to release a cookbook I was extremely excited. I love every recipe in the book and I’ve been cooking non-stop, I appreciate not only the amazing recipes for every meal but also the advice and walkthrough of how to deal with chronic illnesses. I’ve been following Andrea (@earthyandy) since I can even remember having an Instagram and she has been my go-to recipe magic woman since. The recipes she posts on her blog were delicious enough to convince me that this book was worth purchasing. I often find plant based recipes to be expensive, require odd ingredients, or full of additives - but this book has none of that. It is easy to love this book when the recipes are so simple and so delicious. I am not vegan and I find her recipes just as good, if not better, than the overly sugary and processed alternatives. This book is so delicious and inspiring! I love using it and the recipes are easy to make, delicious, and make you feel so good and healthy! My favorite are all the smoothie bowls, the Magic Cookies, and the Caramel bites 🤩 so delicious 💛 I hope she keeps the recipes coming!55
I’ve been following Andrea for a while on Instagram and have tried her recipes that she’s posted so I was so excited to get her book! All have been amazing. This book has helped me to incorporate plant based eating into daily life! Each of her recipes have been filling and beyond amazing (even my hubby agrees🤯)!! This book is a great guide and way to start implementing plant based eating. Her recipes are also super functional. I was worried I would not be able to find all of the ingredients living in Utah and being in the Winter months. However, her recipes include ingredients that are widely accessible and are delicious for all ages! This book is BEYOND worth the purchase 🙌🏼💕55
