Bigger Leaner Stronger

Bigger Leaner Stronger Summary

The International Bestselling Workout Book for Men

Is this a bodybuilding book that can help you pack on brain-shrinking amounts of muscle in 30 days flat?

No.

Is it a fitness book full of dubious diet and exercise “hacks” and “shortcuts” for melting belly fat faster than a roided hornet?

Absolutely not.

But is it an exercise book (and nutrition book) that’ll show you exactly how to eat and exercise to gain 25-to-35 pounds of lean muscle and lose just as much fat (or even more)?

Yes.

And faster than you probably think possible, or your money back.

Because here’s the deal:

Muscle building and fat loss aren’t nearly as complicated as you’ve been led to believe.
You don't need to: Obsess over "clean eating" and avoiding "bad" or “unhealthy” foods like sugar, meat, and bread. Some foods are just more nutritious than and should be eaten more frequently than others. That's it.
You don't need to: Constantly change up your fitness routine. A little of the right variability in your exercise is productive, but more than that is obstructive.
You don't need to: Spend a couple of hours in the gym every day grinding through punishing strength training workouts. Sweating buckets, getting really sore, training until bone-tired . . . all wholly overrated for gaining lean muscle and strength.
You don't need to:Slog away on the treadmill. In fact, you don't need to do any cardio exercise at all to shed ugly belly fat and even get six-pack abs.
You don't need to: Waste coin on sketchy bodybuilding supplements like fat burners, hormone boosters, and amino acids. Most of these products either haven't been scientifically proven to do what you’re paying for or have been proven outright ineffective.
Those are just a few of the harmful fitness lies and myths that keep guys from ever achieving the lean, muscular, and strong body they truly desire.

And Bigger Leaner Stronger will teach you something that most men will never know:

How to transform your body while eating all of the foods you like and doing just a few challenging (but not grueling) strength training workouts per week. Oh and cardio exercise? Completely optional.

Here are just a few of the things you’ll discover inside this workout book for men:
The 10 biggest fitness myths and mistakes that keep guys weak, overweight, and confused. For example, “calories are all that matters,” “carbs and sugars make you fat and unhealthy,” and “some guys just don’t have the genetics to build muscle effectively.”
The primary driver of muscle growth that literally forces your muscles to get bigger and stronger. And no, it has nothing to do with “muscle confusion,” “functional training,” or any other pseudoscientific fitness nonsense.
How to create meal plans for building muscle and losing fat with all of the foods you love so you never feel starved, deprived, or like you're "on a diet" (and especially a “bodybuilding diet”).
12 months of done-for-you, paint-by-numbers resistance training workouts for building a full chest, wide back, powerful legs, and bulging arms . . . in only 3-to-5 hours of weight training per week.
A no-BS guide to fitness supplements that’ll save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars on useless (and sometimes even dangerous) pills, powders, and potions for fat loss, muscle gain, and the rest of it.
And that’s not all, either . . .
338 peer-reviewed scientific studies support the Bigger Leaner Stronger system of eating, training, and recovering for losing fat and building muscle and strength.
Bigger Leaner Stronger has sold over 600,000 copies in 16 different languages and is regularly revised based on the latest findings in nutrition and exercise research (four editions released and counting!).
It’s also backed by a “No Return Necessary” money-back guarantee that works like this: if you’re unsatisfied with this fitness book or program for any reason, let the author know, and you’ll get a full refund on the spot.
So, here’s the bottom line:

You can get that head-turning “Hollywood hunk” body without following a bland, boring, bodybuilding diet and without doing exhausting weightlifting workouts you hate. And this exercise book shows you how.

Get your copy now, and start your journey to a bigger, leaner, and stronger you.

Simple and down to earth5 star

Very good writing—easy to understand. I suggest finishing the book before you start implementing the points you learn. It’s a lot to process, but it also makes a lot of sense. There is a convenient ‘Key points review’ at the end of each chapter where you can easily brush up on anything you may have forgotten. There are tons of references throughout the book, all neatly documented in the back. Overall, it’s a great book if you are looking to change your physical health and composition.55

The Only Better Body book You’ll Ever Need5 star

I’ve read hundreds of articles and spent thousands of hours in the gym. It wasn’t until this book that my mindset and body truly began to change. Michael Mathews has transformed the game and packaged everything you need to know for your fitness journey in one book. Trust me, do yourself a favor and read this book. It very well may change your life, as it did mine!55

I always come back to this book5 star

Michael uses plenty of studies and evidence to support his recommendations or reasons to avoid something. I often find myself coming back to the book for definitions, processes, instructions, and for advice. It feels so go to know exactly why I’m doing or consuming everything I do when it comes to exercising, eating, or taking supplements. I accomplished some of the goals that I set myself and I’ve been able to help others realize why they aren’t getting the results they want. I’m no certified nutrition expert or personal trainer, but I definitely feel, look, and sound like I am when I simply quote directly from this book. I grew up as a chubby guy and the only “advice” I had for the longest time was from family and friends that tried several weight loss programs that they didn’t even succeed from. I was so relieved to have all of those myths dispelled and no longer be ignorant. It was also nice when it came to those kinds of arguments (not that I sought them out) to have the same studies and references that are given here on my side that they did not. It meant that I knew a thing or two, I followed the science and the results were right there on my body.55

Read the first 100 pages or so and this book is a runaround of catchy lines that doesn’t tell you any real info. Wasn’t even worth the 99 cents I paid. Things like things the fitness industry doesn’t want you to know etc. It just keeps saying sales pitch esk talk that gets more and more aggravating the more you read. Don’t know how so many people thought this was a good read.15
