Former Navy fighter pilot. Son of a congressman. Successful businessman in my own right. With a résumé like mine, women have never been a challenge.
Until I met her.
This sexy, tatted-up bad girl wasn’t part of my plans, but that punch to my gut every time I see her tells me I have to know more.
She’s a mystery. An enigma. A challenge.
I’m going to figure her out—and then I’m going to make her mine.
We'll find out what she's hiding . . . beneath this mask.
Beneath This Mask is a stand alone contemporary romance and the first book in the Beneath series. If you'd like to extend your stay in NOLA and the sexy world of the Beneath series, check out Beneath This Ink, Beneath These Chains, Beneath These Scars, Beneath These Lies, Beneath These Shadows, and Beneath The Truth.
The overall storyline was good. I liked the characters. Charlie, the main character in this book, her attitude got on my nerves a bit. And I wish the author would of wrote more about the passion between them. It wasn’t steamy enough for me personally but a decent read.35
This was just ok. There were so many directions this book could have went in to be better.35
It had its moments of being good then great the not so good, it was a roller coaster of emotions and overall it was great.45
Meagan is a 100 star author. The way she melds her collections together is simply genius. Start from the beginning based on her suggested reading order and be prepared to fall in love with each character over and over (especially if you like deep and sexy).55
I enjoyed this so much.35
Finally a refreshing love story with a twist on the bad boy good girl tale. Loved it and highly recommend!55
This is the first book I’ve read of Meghan’s, Beneath The Mask. I was amazed of her story telling and the characters in the book. Charlie was hiding from her past trying to find out who she really is. Simon was from a prominent family and was a ex Navy pilot and expected to go into politics. Two totally different backgrounds, but they were meant to be together no matter what!55
This book was sooo good!! Meghan March’s writing is always a pleasure to read.55
This was a terrible read. I couldn’t even finish the book. I felt like it just dragged on and was pretty boring.15
I loved reading about Charlie and Simon’s story. They battle through a lot. Charlie is in the middle of discovering that she can do more than her previous life set her up to do. She’s not a delicate flower which is what I’ve enjoyed.55
