I really like the characters in this book. The main characters, Evelyn and Tommy were not the usual cardboard personalities in manor based murder mysteries. This lovely couple were authentic personalities with depth of character and humanity. I was intrigued throughout the book and didn’t really guess the killer’s name until the end. Good characterization, interesting and surprising stories throughout. I definitely want to read more from this author.45
