This book introduces legal professionals to the problem-solving method known known as “Design Thinking” and the presentation method we call “Visual Advocacy.”  David Gross, the co-author of the NITA trial advocacy book The Power Trial Method, is a national speaker who has lectured on trial advocacy, legal design, and intellectual property law. In 2007, the magazine American Lawyer listed David as one of the top-50 litigators in the United States under the age of 45, and Minnesota Lawyerhas thrice named David an Attorney of the Year based on his trial victories.  David is a magna cum laudegraduate of Harvard Law School and a summa cum laudegraduate of the University of Minnesota. David serves as the head of the Silicon Valley office of Faegre Drinker.
