I’ve put together 20 recipes for Smoothies that I think can help achieve the goal of staying healthy. Maintaining over all health can help the mind become more creative where we can start as well as successfully finish whatever goals we set for ourselves. I hope you enjoy these Smoothies!

I make much better smoothies than these. Great all around energy smoothie is one yellow apple peeled & chopped, one peeled kiwi chopped, one unpeeled Bartlett pear chopped, one sliced banana, single serving can of unsweetened pineapple juice, one small peeled & seeded tangerine, a handful of frozen mango chunks (get them in the frozen food dept at the grocery store) - blend it up in your blender until it starts to liquefy then add 2 cups of baby spinach and blend until it's all puréed. It's a funky green but it's delicious and good for you. I wouldn't make the ones in this book they don't seem appetizing at all.15

If youre Complete newbie; never once before thought about what ingredients should go into the blender, alright. Please do Not place any stock, belief or credibility in the authors health or medical advice or suggestions. Use this little pamphlet for taste of non alcoholic drinks only.15
Let's hope the authors write their romance novels much better than they create smoothie recipes. Not tasty and not really healthy. Wouldn't mind the poor writing style if the recipes had been yummy.15
