This book was great for getting control of those little flabby arms and saggy thighs ! I felt and looked tighter as well as lost 3 inches all over. I don't believe in weighing myself so I don't know if lost weight- I do know I went from 38-34 waist in those 4 weeks! Videos were a great touch in getting the body positions correct and motivation to work out with someone at home! I love this series, now, don't get it twisted its no joke, but in one day I can feel the difference. I am working an aggressive plan. I am completing week one day 1-3 for three days every other day. I am also starting a walk/jogging program on the side two days a week for 30mins. And one day a week completing a Zumba class at home. I am eating right and drinking lots of water daily. Although, this is an aggressive workout plan it's a commitment to myself and I know within a few months I will start to see the fruit of my labor IF I stay committed. Pray with me that when I want to quit or not workout a day that I will push myself. This is day 4. I will keep you all posted on my progress. Right now I am at 285lbs on 6-7-2012.35

This is the most easy workout program I've ever done and it works! You have to stay with it and cut down your calories by 300-500 per day; about six days into it you will notice the difference.45
