How can we free ourselves from mental suffering? How can we unlock what the poet William Blake referred to as “the mind-forged manacles” - those unhelpful, unfounded and inflexible habits of thought which keep us from reaching our true creative potential?
This book provides practical advice on how to achieve this.
But it also offers an imaginative holistic theoretical framework for an understanding of the nature of the universe, the psychological history of the human race and the meaning of life.

"This book is dark, deep and brilliantly written. I'm very moved by the author's candidness about mental illnesses, a subject that has become extinct in our conversations and dealings. Here is a person who reached deep inside himself and spilled his soul out onto each page... and he did it so eloquently. I applaud him for bringing me to tears."

I was able to really interpret statements through the writers eyes. Very good read. And 🙏 thank you55
Excellent read. Recommend this to anyone struggling to find and discover who they are and how to overcome! Fate works in mysterious ways. I am now a believer.55
I actually quite enjoyed this book. It provides lots of valuable insight into the inner workings of society and human behavior. The author has a lot of amazing points that make you go, “huh” and it’s a fun read because of it. There’s also surprisingly a lot of laughs I got from the author, they have an interesting sense of humor.55
Despite the silly author name, this is actually a remarkably thoughtful and insightful book on the nature of human psychology, and the means of which to obtain freedom of the mind. Good short read, I highly recommend it.55
I think this book is awesome and definitely will recommend it to others.55
Very informative and interesting ideas!55
Not the most casual reading for me, as I read in many short bursts across a few weeks when had the time so the comfort and continuity of reading felt off, but did bring about lots of thought about myself and others around me in regards to how much we may restrict ourselves as well as what may be done to solve that. Will likely read again in fewer, longer sessions.45
This was a conscious compact way to cover few topics about the main idea addressed. Definitely worth reading, sharing and soaking information and knowledge from. Thank you for sharing !55
This book is a solid introduction for individuals who are at an all time low with themselves or rather their thoughts. While it does present interesting ideas, the perspective here is what matters. None of these ideas are meant to be revolutionary. It is meant to be a foundation to begin a healing process. Not the best work I have read, but definitely worth reading for a life long process of healing deeply burned wounds.35
