The ranch foreman, the fiery new designer he hires, and an old flame that could burn them both...
Jace Lovell only has one thing left after his fiancée abandons him at the altar: his job at Horseshoe Home Ranch. He throws himself into becoming the best foreman the ranch has ever had—and that includes hiring an interior designer to make the ranch owner's wife happy.
Belle Edmunds is back in Gold Valley after she lost her job at a prestigious design firm in California. She's working for a conglomerate, but she's desperate to build a portfolio that she can use to start her own firm in Montana. She applies for the job at Horseshoe Home, and though Jace and Belle grew up together, they've never seen eye to eye on much more than the sky is blue.
The spark between them now that they're adults can't be denied, and as Jace and Belle attempt to work together, they also fight their growing attraction to each other. But Jace isn't anywhere near forgiving his fiancée, and he's not sure he's ready for a new relationship with someone as fiery and beautiful as Belle. Can she employ her patience while he figures out how to forgive so they can find their own brand of happily-ever-after?
Better than best !!! Great great book !!! Loved it sooo much !!!55
An extreme disappointment. I was hoping for a more unpredictable plot and more relatable characters. Sadly the story was very bland and it did not do justice to the author. If you enjoy dry stories that you can follow and predict, then this is for you. If not that’s fine.15
This book was amazing. I couldn’t put it down. It was also clean but they did kiss. Highly recommend❤️❤️55
This is a Christian romance that is a bit dry with no real climax or problems. If you want a safe romance with Christian characters this book is for you.25
Loved this sweet wholesome romance. Both characters were vulnerable but likable who worked through their issues to a HEA. Enjoy reading this author so much.55
Great book. Believable characters. Interesting and well developed story. Enjoyable read.55
Wasn’t to bad of read. I don’t usually read this clean of story line but thought I would try it out. I felt for Jace and the way he made Belle feel. But I thought it was a bit emotionally unrealistic to me, but who am I to say in this genre. Somewhat interesting but I got bored after awhile seemed drug out. I usually read more action/suspense/ murder/ mystery/ romance and occasionally racier sex stuff. I like to expand my reading to different genres. So I tried this out, was ok.35
Abandoned by his mother then left at the altar Jace is bitter and doesn't trust women. Belle was betrayed by a coworker and her boyfriend so returns home looking for redemption. They grew up together but always challenged and snapped at each other, now they have to work together. Each fighting the attraction to the other, they struggle overcome the chemistry. As always Liz draws you into the characters and makes you cheer them on. Can't wait to read the next of this series.55
Good sweet romance that shows no matter what happens in your past that when you meet the one your meant to be with things will work out. Good start to a new series can't wait to read the rest.55
Once again, Liz Isaacson doesn't disappoint!! Loved the book!!55
