New Orleans Rush

New Orleans Rush Summary

Get swept away in this falling-for-the-boss romantic comedy readers are calling "addictive" and "sexy" and "a must read!"

You know that Carrie Underwood song? The one about her keying her cheating ex's car? Beatrice Baker totally did that, except she vandalized the wrong guy's Mustang.

Now she's stuck in New Orleans, working for Huxley Marlow—owner of said vandalized car—attempting to cover her debt. And desperately trying not to fall for him. His vague nightly activities are highly suspect, and he's on the vexing side of demanding, but he's secretly kind and caring under all that gruffness.

Beatrice can't quit fantasizing about his adept hands and kissable lips. Even worse, his tortured past hits her right where it counts: in her heart. The last time she trusted a man, her bank account got drained and she almost got arrested. Surely this can't end that badly...right?

First time reading this author. Enjoyed this quirky story and different characters. There were four more brothers to tell a story about, especially the two missing brothers. Hope she does that.45

Quirky slight of hand5 star

Wasn’t sure what to expect. An artist with rose colored glasses (Bea Baker) a scarred magician who scowls (Huxley Markow). But it works! Kelly Siskind pulls a slight of hand with this book. Recommend. Received from Bad Boy Update.55

Page turning & adorable!5 star

I can't get enough of the quirky characters in this ms. Everybody is bizarre and totally human, and every page has a touch of magic in the way it captures the full tapestry of the human experience. Funny and cute and heart-tugging and I couldn't stop reading!55
