Julius Caesar

Julius Caesar Summary

"Cowards die many times before their deaths;
The valiant never taste of death but once.
Of all the wonders that I yet have heard,
It seems to me most strange that men should fear;
Seeing that death, a necessary end,
Will come when it will come."

As Julius Caesar ascends to status of dictator-for-life, Marcus Brutus is deeply disturbed. He loves Rome, wants it to succeed and wants it to thrive, but he fears that Caesar's ascent is threatening the democratic principles of the republic. Meanwhile, Cassius, a fellow senator, is quietly building a conspiracy devoted to removing Caesar once and for all. Torn between patriotism, loyalty to his friend, and his conflicted conscience, Brutus reluctantly agrees to join with the assassins, plotting a strike on the Ides of March...

The lines are beautiful and deep. The intensity of each line might not pierce through our mind at first, but when we read it again, we understand its depth.55

The Episode Killer

Shakespeare's 'Julius Caesar'5 star

Julius Caesar was great full and a important figure of Rome. This is one of my favorite plays of all time. William Shakespeare gave me the idea to write plays. My first play was called Jesus. I'm writing a new play called King Arthur. Jesus was first written in 2016. And finished in 2017. In Jesus we meet Mary sitting in a barn. A angel named Gabriel comes down and tells her about a baby names Jesus. In the Scene 2 which means Chapter 2 Joseph is taking Mary to a home. Let's skip the rest of the scenes. Except Chapter 9. In Scene. 9 Jesus is alive and goes up to the skies. This is not fake it's true and Jesus is the son of God. I wish Brutus didn't listen to Cassius to kill Julius Caesar. But, anyway bye and keep reading!55
