After a lavish night of guilty pleasures in Monte Carlo, four best friends face an awful morning of arrests -- and a fight for survival.
Only minutes after Abbie Elliot and her three best friends step off of a private helicopter, they enter the most luxurious, sumptuous, sensually pampering hotel they have ever been to. Their lavish presidential suite overlooks Monte Carlo, and they surrender: to the sun and pool, to the sashimi and sake, to the Bruno Paillard champagne. As the weekend moves into pulsating discos, high-stakes casinos, and beyond, Abbie is transported to the greatest pleasure and release she has ever known.
In the morning's harsh light, Abbie awakens on a yacht, surrounded by police. Something awful has happened: something impossible, unthinkable. Abbie, Winnie, Serena, and Bryah are arrested and accused of the foulest crime imaginable. And now the vacation of a lifetime becomes the fight of a lifetime-a fight for survival. Guilty Wives is the ultimate indulgence, the kind of nonstop joy-ride of excess, friendship, betrayal, and danger that only James Patterson can create.
Worst book I’ve ever read by Patterson and I’ve read a lot. Characters were lifeless and the plot was filled with gratuitous violence and redundant sex. Skimmed through the pages just to get to the predictable end.15
Good book to read and Imagination of Patterson and co authors. Action moves along and portrays a great treacherous plot and eventual reckoning45
This like any other James Patterson book did not disappoint. I loved how the book started with a tragic loss and then takes us through what happened to these four women in Monte Carlo. The book took a huge twist when you find out that their husbands actually set them up for murder as revenge for a spicy night on the town with other men.55
A bit tedious getting the finish. Unusual for a Patterson book35

The story grabs you from the beginning. As the plots unfold it becomes more and more intense. His description of prison life was chilling and gripping. Great book!55
Really enjoyed this book until the story started to unfold towards the end, I felt it was a bit rushed. Loved reading about women having girl time and enjoying themselves unfiltered!!45
