A few good nuggets3 star

He had some good things to say but unless you were a golfer it got boring.35

Perfect Mindset Developer5 star

Great read about the fundamental principles that set an exceptional person a part from an average person. The only difference is mindset. Developing goals, shattering goals to create dreams and living a life of constant growth is what being a champion is all about. Planting the trees years before eating the fruit. Bob Rotella has a lot of knowledge and accounts from many of the worlds top performers. Definitely a recommended read.55
